ERIE’s 24-week District Sales Manager Trainee Program to prepare you for success as a District Sales Manager. You’ll work alongside experienced Sales leaders and Independent Agents, and after successful completion of the program you’ll manage a territory of approximately 25 independent agencies as a DSM. Relocation is required to your assigned territory. ERIE provides relocation assistance and, once assigned, you’ll work remotely from your territory with a company vehicle and necessary technology. The operating footprint includes IL, IN, KY, MD, NC, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, Washington D.C., WV and WI.
