ERIE’s 24-week District Sales Manager Trainee Program is designed to develop future District Sales Managers. You will work remotely from within your assigned territory, with relocation to your territory after training. The role covers a footprint in IL, IN, KY, MD, NC, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, DC, WV and WI. After completing the program, you’ll manage a territory of about 25 independent agencies. A company vehicle and necessary technology are provided, and there is potential for an annual bonus along with extensive benefits, including tuition reimbursement.
