Driver Trainee will be trained by Republic Services to obtain a CDL and then move into a Driver position across Residential, Commercial, Industrial or Roll-Off lines. The program includes classroom study, on-route training, and resources to take the CDL examination. After obtaining a CDL, the employee will be moved into a Driver position. Shift: Monday - Friday; start time 4-5am; occasional Saturday. Pay range: $18.75-$20.62 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with match, ESPP, PTO, and more. Location: Springfield, IL, USA.
