The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator provides support and assists with executing Early Careers recruiting strategy and various customer-service aspects of the recruiting process. The coordinator coordinates and manages recruiting events on campus, in office, and in market/geography; builds relationships with candidates and EY professionals; handles communications with campus career services and external stakeholders; plans for and manages in-office candidate visits and on-site program logistics; organizes Early Careers events such as on-campus information sessions, EY-branded events, career fairs, internships, and related programs. Provides on-site support for Recruiters and may stand in for Recruiters when needed.
