ERM is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist for full-time on-site construction safety consulting at client sites in Japan. Responsibilities include performing safety consulting at construction sites, incident and near-miss management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety audits, fostering a safety culture, and providing feedback on safety performance to project leadership. Location: primarily on-site in the Tokyo area (Eastern Tokyo). Requires native-level Japanese (and daily English communication with clients is possible). Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience and practical experience with hazard recognition, incident management, on-site construction health and safety planning, and job hazard analysis. A career-focused role with opportunities to handle larger projects as skills grow.
