The Emerging Professional (STEP) program is a 12-month, dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals. It offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business through on-the-job learning, e-learning, expert training, and residency trips. Rotations include Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales, with travel to different company locations and mentorship. The program begins in June 2026 in Houston, TX, and is part of Crawford Electric Supply, a member of the Sonepar group. Participants have opportunities to present to the Executive Leadership team upon completion and to grow within the organization through structured development and assignments.
