Entry-Level Traffic Engineer (Hybrid) based in Middleton, Wisconsin to join our traffic engineering team. Responsibilities include conducting traffic engineering analyses under supervision, fieldwork such as traffic counts, and preparing technical reports and presentations. Qualifications include BA/BS in Civil Engineering; preferred Engineer-in-Training certification and internship/co-op experience; experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Synchro, HCS, VISSIM or IHSDM; familiarity with WisDOT processes; proficient with Microsoft Office.
