Finance Intern

Location: Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta, Indonesia Department: Intern/Co-op/ Trainee Multifunction/General

Job Descriptions:

As a Finance Intern at EF EFEKTA English for Adults, you will work closely with the Finance team to support day-to-day financial activities, assist with financial data and documentation, and ensure that financial processes are carried out accurately and efficiently. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in finance while developing your analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Supporting finance team for checking, inputting and maintaining documents for business-related transactions

Supporting in finance document filing and scanning

Emailing and Updating Company Tax Deduction Proof

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing final semester or freshly graduated in bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field

Willing to work from office 3 days a week (max 24 hours per week)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
