12-week paid Finance Internship (FIP) for rising sophomores through seniors, Summer 2027, based in Minnesota with locations including Plymouth, Medina, or Wyoming. Interns are placed into teams such as Business Division Planning and Analysis; Operations/Cost Accounting/Engineering; Corporate Budgeting and Forecasting; Corporate Accounting; and Treasury/Audit/Tax, and will complete project-based assignments. The program includes mentorship, programming hours, networking, and an Intern Innovation Challenge, with relocation assistance and opportunities for a returning internship or a position in Polaris's rotational leadership development program. An Early Talent Summit Week is held in Wyoming, MN, and interns gain mobility and diverse experiences through multiple placements.
