Role and Responsibilities: Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A budget and actual expenses; Collaboration in the reporting to HO, running reports and analysing the data with SAP software; Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes; Review of expense reports using the tool CONCUR; Supervision of invoices accounting; Follow up of AP and AR outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of KPIs; Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits; Customer and vendor balances reconciliation; Assist with any other ad hoc projects
