Financial Advisor in Training Intern

Hybrid Financial Advisor in Training internship in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Responsibilities include outbound client calls on behalf of our financial advising teams, studying to obtain FINRA SIE licensing, shadowing client meetings, and participating in development opportunities. You will create a personalized development plan with your leader in the first weeks. In-office collaboration is emphasized (office at least four days per week with one remote day). Full-time, non-exempt position with a base hourly pay of $26.44 and potential for variable pay, bonuses, commissions, and long-term incentives depending on role.
