THE ROLE

This Co-op experience provides participants with meaningful, relevant work experience as part of their academic studies. At the conclusion of this position, co-ops will have increased their knowledge of investing, the asset management industry, employee engagement, and a firm understanding of how marketing works at an asset manager.

MFS co-op positions are a 6-month commitment, working Monday – Friday (beginning on Wednesday, January 13th through Friday June 25th, 2027), and work between 35-40 hours. Our program is designed for undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in a co-op program through their college or university and can meet our requirements.

Job Summary

The MFS Global Campaigns & Content Marketing Co-op supports MFS' Global Campaigns & Content team and will be an integral part of the team, involved in many facets of day-to-day marketing operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and content initiatives

Assist with webinar and webcast programs, including promotional materials, reporting, and follow-up activities

Provide PowerPoint and presentation support for Marketing and Creative Design projects

Maintain and improve training manual for future co-op onboarding

Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

Maintain and update standard marketing materials

Provide administrative and project support to the Global Campaigns & Content team

Perform additional duties as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Successful candidates will have an interest in marketing, communications, business, finance, or design

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Interest in digital marketing, content management, and analytics

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00
