The General Manager Accelerated Program (GMAP) is a full-time, two-year leadership development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of General Managers. Participants rotate across core business functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance) with executive mentorship to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and leadership within Republic Services.
