Graduate Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Mazovia Province, Poland Department: Deal Desk Operations

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business needs, develop value based proposals, and support sustainable growth within your assigned territory.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored business value propositions aligned with specific requirements.

Prepare and manage quotations based on engineered solutions, presenting them in a compelling, value‑driven format that includes appropriate pricing and commercial terms and conditions.

Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date list of quotation and order‑related tasks using tools such as CRM systems.

Partner with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to actively follow up on quotations and support their conversion into customer orders.

Maximize communication channels, including telephone and email, to ensure clear, timely, and effective customer engagement.

Identify market requirements and customer‑specific needs, and contribute to the development and execution of strategies and tactics that drive order growth and profitability within the assigned sales territory.

Oversee, support, and personally contribute to the execution of agreed contractual commitments, ensuring a high standard of service across all business transactions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

A technical university degree or final year of studies, with graduation expected in 2026.

A solid technical background with the ability to understand and discuss engineered solutions.

IT literacy and practical experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in English and Polish.

A strong desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve, with the motivation to perform at a high professional standard.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Interest or hands‑on experience in automation hardware and software, instrumentation and control (I&C), and industrial processes.

Exposure gained through diploma thesis topics, internships, academic projects, or similar practical learning experiences related to automation or process industries.

Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
