Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)

Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives

Provide support in HR administrative tasks (documentation, filing, reports)

Help prepare HR reports and presentations

Respond to employee inquiries and escalate when needed

Assist with internal communication and HR projects

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or experience in HR or administration

Familiarity with HR systems or tools

Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
