Avient is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern for Summer 2027 in Avon Lake, OH. The internship will provide exposure to HR Centers of Expertise and business partners, with opportunities to work on projects in talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, and HRIS, in a professional, global environment. The selected intern will be part of Avient's broader internship program that emphasizes professional development, networking, cross-functional collaboration, and community involvement, and will have the chance to interact with senior leaders across the organization.
