Job Description

The Indirect Tax Trainee will execute administrative tasks supporting the VAT compliance activities and support the members of the IDT Team in various tasks.

Accountabilities:

Ad hoc administrative support

Data entry and recording into various systems

Invoice/entry quality check

Invoice upload into various systems

Reconciliation of uploaded invoices to the initial analysis

Analysis of the progress and invoice status

Qualifications

Active higher education studies ongoing; BA/MA studies (preferably in the area of Finance or Economics)

Fluent English language knowledge

Data analytics skill set

Excel knowledge is an advantage

Attention to detail and administrative tasks

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Eagerness to learn and be a part of a team

Can-do attitude
