MAPEI Information Technology (IT) Specialist Intern will work with the IT team to provide technical support to employees and assist with day-to-day technology operations. Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) for May–August 2027 (12 weeks); host location: Deerfield Beach, FL. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity; assisting with computer setup, software installation, and new-user onboarding; supporting user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests; documenting service requests and resolutions; maintaining IT equipment inventory; collaborating with other IT teams.
