Insurance Agent Trainee

Life Insurance Sales Agent position in Baton Rouge, LA. Full-Time with Benefits; Work Arrangement: Field Role. New unlicensed agents undergo a paid training period to prepare for licensing exams. After licensure, you’ll be assigned an existing book of business and earn a percentage of premiums plus commissions on new sales in a pay-for-performance model. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, prospecting, collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule, responding to service requests, and maintaining records.
