Full-time internship for Summer 2027 in ERCOT's System Planning & Weatherization, based in Taylor, TX. On-site requirement (minimum 2 days/week). Interns will work across areas including Planning Model Administration, Operations Model Administration, Reliability Assessment Modeling, Regional Planning, Economic Analysis & Long-Term Studies, Large Load Batch Studies, Transmission Planning, and Comprehensive Transmission Planning. Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably with a focus on Power Systems) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preferred experience includes programming in C#, Java, or Python; SQL querying; and power systems analysis. Program runs June through the second week of August 2027; interns will be evaluated for fit with ERCOT's mission.
