Supports the Leasing Advisory team with hands-on experience in market research, property analysis, and client advisory services within the logistics and industrial real estate sector. Responsibilities include conducting market research on LI real estate trends in Penang and the region, maintaining the database of tracked LI buildings, assisting in building and validating property investment options for Capital Markets transactions, preparing pitch decks, proposals, and marketing materials, and providing research and administrative support to the team. Requirements: pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal English; self-motivated with strong organizational skills; interest in logistics, industrial real estate, supply chain dynamics, and investment analysis.
