Your Tasks:
Receiving, clarifying, or forwarding department-specific inquiries by phone
Structured processing, prioritization, and distribution of incoming mail and email
Independently handling cases involving defaulted obligations by initiating and implementing judicial and extrajudicial measures
Operational and administrative support in handling probate matters and insolvency proceedings with the goal of minimizing losses
Making independent and autonomous decisions and handling matters in accordance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
Your Profile:
Legal knowledge, ideally acquired through vocational training or a college degree
Initial practical experience is desirable
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with various audiences
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in spoken and written German
Willingness to work on-site (in the office)
