MBA Development Program Internship is an 11-week summer program in Houston, TX designed to expose participants to key strategic finance functions and develop MBA students for future finance roles at ConocoPhillips. The program is project-based with a high-impact assignment, teambuilding, learning opportunities, and networking with peers and company leaders. Potential summer placements include Investment Appraisal, Strategy & Portfolio Management, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Treasury, Low Carbon Technologies, and the Lower 48 Finance Organization. Eligible participants will gain valuable experiences and may compete for full-time placement in the MBA Development Program after graduation.
