Work on metrology projects (Optical Thin Films, Overlay/Registration, Profiling/Topography, X-Ray, etc.), apply data science and AI-enabled analytics to semiconductor metrology, plan and run experiments in a cleanroom, analyze data with Excel and JMP, and contribute to technology transfers and production-readiness. Six-month co-op and three-month summer internships considered.
