Intern in NAND Cell Reliability at Micron Singapore. Project scope includes reliability data analysis & variation learning, qualification learning support for intrinsic cell reliability, and automation/efficiency improvements (Python preferred). Deliverables include a scoped project plan, final technical readout, and reproducible analysis artifacts with documentation for handoff. Mentorship and collaboration across TD, characterization, and validation partners. Pursuing a PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Materials Engineering or related field is required.
