Job Description

Support the team in administrative, logistics, planning and organization tasks, in information cascading, team communication, by using the company documentation systems and tools, and by following company administrative procedures. Integration into the team.

Manage agenda: prioritizing, collecting information for the team when appropriate; administrative tasks for the team.

Organize / plan meetings as required; align with other attendees; manage MoM (e.g. follow up communication, actions), keep distribution lists updated.

Take in charge the cascade of internal and external information in the team; Contribute to positive working relationships and act as facilitator within the team and with stakeholders.

Handle office administrative duties (phone, meeting admin, HR requirements, expenses…); focal point for IT and facility management; Handle relevant logistics for the team (office supplies, travel management).

Promote initiatives to reduce environmental footprint (reduction of printing, plastic, waste).
