Our Enterprise Solutions Consulting team serves as the bridge between client business challenges and Acxiom's technology, data, and service capabilities.

As an Enterprise Solutions Consulting Intern, you will gain firsthand experience working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, sales, consulting, and client engagement. This internship is designed for students who are interested in pursuing careers in consulting, sales engineering, customer success, solution architecture, business strategy, technology consulting, or enterprise sales.

About the Role

The Enterprise Solutions Consulting Intern will support Acxiom's Solution Engineering team in designing and communicating enterprise solutions that align with both client business objectives and Acxiom's strategic capabilities.

The team is responsible for developing enterprise solution strategies, understanding client business challenges, identifying opportunities where Acxiom can deliver value, and supporting sales efforts that drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.

This internship provides exposure to how complex business solutions are developed, positioned, and presented to prospective clients. You will collaborate with sales, account management, product strategy, delivery teams, and solution architects while learning how organizations evaluate and purchase enterprise-level technology and data solutions.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, eager to learn, and interested in developing both business and technical consulting skills.

Internship Details:

The internship will begin January 11, 2027.

This internship is based in our New York office, and interns are expected to work onsite.

Interns will work approximately 20–25 hours per week during the school year, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks. Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.

Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H-1B visa, F-1 visa [CPT/OPT], TN visa, or any other non-immigrant status).

What You'll Do:Solution Engineering & Business Analysis Support the Solution Engineering team in researching and understanding client business challenges and opportunities

Assist in uncovering client business needs and documenting high-level requirements

Help evaluate how Acxiom's capabilities align to client objectives and business outcomes

Learn how enterprise solutions are designed to support long-term client strategy and growth

Sales Support & Revenue Enablement Support Enterprise Solution Consultants (Sales Engineers) on new business and cross-sell opportunities

Assist with activities that contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth

Help prepare client presentations, proposals, solution summaries, and meeting materials

Participate in internal strategy sessions and client opportunity discussions Proposal Development & Content Management Help maintain content libraries and support data governance practices that organize and tag sales collateral, case studies, pitch materials, and proposal content

Assist in creating client-facing presentations and proposal documentation

Support the development of messaging that communicates Acxiom's unique value proposition and competitive differentiation

Market Research & Strategic Insights Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Gather and organize market insights that support strategic recommendations and client conversations

Collaborate with Strategy and Product teams to share observations, feedback, and trends from the marketplace

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Product, Strategy, Account Management, Delivery Teams, and Solution Architects

Participate in collaborative projects that help improve Acxiom's products, solutions, and client experience

Observe how complex enterprise solutions are positioned, sold, and implemented Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Communications, Statistics, Mathematics

Strong academic performance

Expected graduation date within the next 12 to 24 months preferred

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
