Key Responsibilities

Handle six modules.

Engage in line balancing activities.

Hand over Standard Worksheets (STWs) along with the IE pack to the GL.

Participate in GL training and 5S improvement projects in stores.

Follow up on daily bottlenecks and Yamazumi.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, NDT, Physical Science, or a related field.

Sound communication skill both in English and Sinhala.

Strong leadership skills.
