Internship in IT Services at NISC (Lake St. Louis, MO). Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows desktop OS issues, joining PCs to Windows domains, installing and troubleshooting NISC software on customer PCs, virus and/or spyware removal, utilizing remote connectivity tools such as Remote Desktop to assist with support items, creating and testing printers on Windows and Linux servers, providing customer phone support in an ACD environment, monitoring Windows and Linux servers via Xymon, and logging action plans for support issues identified by Xymon. Current applications submitted will be under consideration for Summer 2027 (May-August).
