Your opportunity

This is a 10-week summer internship program from May 31st to August 6th, 2027, focusing on first-hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.

Respond to sales team needs and requests. Utilize information provided by the sales team to help further develop business opportunities in a team-based approach

Follow up with our Sales Team in a timely manner

Generate client mailings and e-mails related to company products and thought leadership information

Maintain departmental databases as well as client mailing lists, ensuring updated information

Support departmental sales goals and territorial objectives by working closely with Internal Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Directors

Perform a variety of administrative activities including coordinating client meetings, generating sales reports, and ordering literature materials as required

Carry out other duties as assigned

Incoming juniors and seniors highly preferred

Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidates must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship

Looking for candidates who are passionate about the mutual fund/financial services industry

Must be able to provide own local accommodations and transportation

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to develop strategic business relationships

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Must have a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work with little supervision

Compensation information

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through Saturday, October 30th, 2026.
