Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and clearing tables in the dining area

Greet guests and provide menu recommendations

Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained

Support the team during events, banquets, or busy service periods

Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

Learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Service-oriented with a positive attitude

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus

Team player with a willingness to learn
