Job Description
Kick-start your HR career with us! In our HR team in Hanover-Stöcken, you'll gain practical insights into talent development, employer branding, digitalization, and many other exciting HR topics.
Start as soon as possible in a 6-month internship. A combination of mandatory and voluntary internship periods is possible, and partial remote work can be arranged.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with an international network of HR and business stakeholders
Drive your own tasks in global HR and talent development projects
Help shape learning and development initiatives for employees worldwide
Create impactful presentations and insightful analyses
Support workshops, trainings, and global HR activities
Qualifications
Students (m/f/diverse) in the field of Business Administration or comparable degree programs with a focus on Human Resource Management
Initial experience or a strong interest in Human Resources
Proficient in using the MS Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
German language skills are a plus
High level of commitment, creativity, and enjoyment of teamwork
Structured way of working as well as strong initiative
Enjoyment of communication in an international environment
Please attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship. Those documents are mandatory for processing your application.
