Tasks

Support the design, continuous improvement, and global delivery of talent and leadership development programs, including our “Global Career Starter Program”

Contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of assessment centers for the selection of participants for the “Global Career Starter Program”

Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders worldwide to ensure a consistent and high-quality implementation of development programs.

Support the management and continuous enhancement of global HR processes, standards, and governance frameworks related to talent and leadership development.

Coordinate and support the delivery of workshops, seminars, and development events.

Prepare communication materials, presentations, and analyses for international target audiences
