About this Internship

We are currently looking for a highly engaged and motivated intern to support the New Categories & Channels Manager with the daily activities and projects in a 4-6 months internship experience starting in January 2027.

The primary focus of the role will be on initiatives supporting the company's continuous growth in all four Nordic countries.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

During your internship, you will work closely with the New Categories & Channels Manager to explore and develop emerging business opportunities. Your responsibilities will span a broad range of strategic and analytical tasks, including conducting market and competitor analyses, supporting pricing activities, and estimating potential volumes for new initiatives. You will help identify optimal shelf placement and in‑store visibility, track trends within new channels, and contribute to shaping commercial policies tailored to these spaces. Additionally, you will explore innovative routes to market and consumer engagement, while assisting in identifying potential partners who can accelerate our growth in these evolving categories.

Who You Are and What You Bring

You are nearing the completion of your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, and you’re ready to apply your learning in a dynamic, real‑world environment. Located within easy reach of our Malmö office, you bring strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and communicate confidently in English. Since this role works closely with partners across the region, solid command of at least one Scandinavian language is essential. You thrive on curiosity and initiative, demonstrating a self‑driven mindset and a strong can‑do attitude that fuels your willingness to learn, contribute, and make an impact.
