Internship in plastics injection tooling at Valeo Martos. You will support injection mold development for headlamps and rear lamps by analyzing the feasibility of single or multi-color injected parts, creating mold technical specifications for suppliers, and verifying 3D mold designs using CATIA V5 for manufacturing launch. You will monitor mold tuning, participate in trials with production teams, and undertake targeted technical missions related to plastics engineering (e.g., film overmolding, mold pressure sensors). You will work with R&D, Projects, and English-speaking supplier teams in a multicultural environment.
