The Investment Accounting Intern assists with daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting activities for the company’s investments, including preparing reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, and internal and external reporting for GAAP and STAT accounting. The Launchpad Internship Program is a 10–12 week, in-person experience based in the downtown Des Moines office. Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities, with housing stipend and opportunities for professional development, hack-a-thon participation, and cross-functional collaboration.
