Investment Data Analyst Intern

Location: Poland - Warsaw - ASEC

What will you be doing?

Performing daily investment data controls within the Group’s financial assets database (Clearwater), with support from control managers

Supporting reconciliations and reviews of cash suspense accounts, debtors and creditors balances, stock and cash reconciliations, as well as investment data attribute controls

Using investment knowledge to support the review, interpretation and validation of data quality with internal and external stakeholders

Cooperating with the provider of Aviva Group’s financial assets database (Clearwater)

Supporting audit-related activities and working with auditors when required

Participating in finance and data-related projects based on business needs

Assisting the team with other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager

What are we looking for?

A student or graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or a related field

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Interest in investments, financial markets and financial data

Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large sets of data

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Availability for 3-4 days per week
