IT Intern will be placed in IT and work on a project in one of the following groups: Business Systems & Data, Cybersecurity & Risk Management, Digital Workplace Enablement, Digital Platforms, Strategy & Innovation, or Technical Systems & Data. Intern will support their team, learn about Oxy's IT culture, and participate in the Summer Intern Program. The program runs May–August for 12 weeks, with mentorship, training courses, field trips, and interactions with executives. Benefits include relocation assistance (if applicable), a 9/80 work schedule with a 3-day weekend every other week, and a hybrid work arrangement.
