Oxy's Summer Intern Program runs from May to August for a full 12 weeks. Interns will have the opportunity to work on real-life projects within Oxy's core oil and gas businesses, paired with a manager and mentor for technical guidance. The program includes training and development courses, lunch-and-learns, field trips, social activities, and opportunities to meet with Oxy executives and leadership. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Energy Commerce, or a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited Law School; graduation date Dec 2027 or later; minimum GPA 2.85 on a 4.0 scale; interest in pursuing a career as a Land Professional in the oil and gas industry. Visa sponsorship is not available. Benefits include a competitive salary, 401(k) with 14% company contribution, relocation assistance and/or fully furnished corporate housing if applicable, and a 9/80 work schedule with a 3-day weekend every other week.
