The IT Intern will be responsible for:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls

Assist with account and access administration directly and via the Azure cloud

Participate in the development, testing and evaluation of new software applications and systems

Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses

Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures

Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technology

The Intern will also learn about the following:

Incident Management and end user support

Cloud administration via Microsoft Azure (Entra, Intune, Autopilot, etc.)

Network and security

Software development and integration

IT Project Management

IT operations and infrastructure

User training and documentation

Skills/Requirements

Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field

Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, cloud, AI, and networking concepts

Familiarity Microsoft 365 – Windows 10/11 and full MS Office 365 suite

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills using tools such as Excel and PowerBi

Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Professionalism and a strong work ethic

Additional Information

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.

Internship is 12 weeks, May 24 - August 13, 2027
