The Supply Chain Finance Intern will be responsible for:
Leading Supply Chain Audits
Assist with the fixed asset audit
Document process & perform audit: Engineering/Manufacturing labor vouchering
Supply Chain process improvement project-Crown Jewel Cost out opportunities
Other duties as assigned
The Intern will also learn about the following:
Observe HMH’s workplace culture by interacting with different functions
Enhance knowledge/skills & apply in actual business scenarios
Develop professional communication skills with Executive Leadership
Experience performance evaluations/feedback in a professional setting
Skills/Requirements
Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college with Finance/Accounting majors preferred
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results
Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project and subsystem
Familiarity with Microsoft office products, i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Other duties as assigned

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
