YOUR MISSION

Demonstrate excellence in creation and execution of innovative designs following the brand, category and product strategies

Take ownership of the whole design process, from ideation till final production approval

Contribute to the formulation of the seasonal creative direction and support the Director/Teamhead guiding and supervising the team through its implementation

Elaborate and present concepts, sketches and final designs in a compelling, clear, transparent and effective way to the design team as well as our product counterparts and external stakeholders

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a holistic approach to the product as well as a consumer centered strategy, following the brand’s perspective

Integrate product, functional and technical developments into design tasks in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer engagement

Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary

Collect market intelligence, providing all accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizing them effectively

Keep track and support the team to deliver projects in line with PUMA development calendar.

YOUR TALENT

Bachelor/Master degree in Design, Fashion Design or similar education

3+ years of experience designing Apparel products for one or more leading footwear/lifestyle/sports brands

good knowledge of sports performance, fabrics and new industry technology

very good feeling for colors, fabrics and trends

excellent CAD skills using Adobe and knowledge of MS Office (especially Powerpoint) 3D software knowledge good to have but not a requirement

very good written and spoken English skills are a must

excellent presentation skills
