Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Role Summary:

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing and internal teams in executing creative assets across campaigns, digital channels, and marketing materials. You'll work closely with our senior designer, marketing team, and cross-functional partners to produce cohesive visuals within our evolving brand systems. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role: requests don't always come with a full creative brief, and we value getting great work out the door quickly and learning as we go. In return, you'll get hands-on mentorship, room to grow your design practice, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a brand with real impact in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute creative assets for external marketing campaigns, email, social media, digital ads, and promotional materials.

Own recurring campaign production, turning briefs and templates into polished assets quickly and accurately.

Support creative deliverables for events and partnerships, working from direction set by our senior designer.

Create design assets and templates for internal teams across sales, partnerships, product, marketing, and company communications.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and meet project needs.

Work within our design system and component library to support project execution.

Respond to feedback from team leads and stakeholders, iterate efficiently, and meet project deadlines.

Manage multiple projects at once with attention to detail and timelines.

Stay open and adapt to new tools and processes, including AI-assisted workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or marketing design.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

A portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition) that includes case studies explaining the problem, your process, and the outcome. Portfolio is required to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within brand guidelines or design systems.

Experience producing email, social, or digital ad campaigns.

Background in hospitality, food, event marketing, or consumer tech.

Salary:

$80,000 - $90,000 DOE + Benefits
