Junior HR Generalist (6 months contract)

Junior HR Generalist (6 months contract) based in Monselice, Padova, Italy. Full-time, on-site with a hybrid work model. The minimum salary is €32,200 gross per year. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum 1 year of professional HR experience. English level B2 and Italian mandatory. Proactive with good analytical skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and customer service orientation. Proficiency in Excel; Workday experience is considered a plus. The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
