Engineers, quality assurance specialists, product managers, and UI/UX designers work closely together – combining technical excellence with a strong focus on the user. Job Description

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Paid Social, SEA, and Display

Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to continuously improve results

Support budget planning, monitoring, and allocation across marketing channels

Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Pricing, Analytics, and Tech

Research emerging trends, tools, and platforms in performance marketing

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a comparable field

Initial practical experience in performance marketing or e-commerce through internships, working student positions, or a first full-time role

Passion for digital advertising and data-driven decision-making

Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers and KPIs

Structured, independent, and proactive way of working

Hands-on mentality and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Excellent English skills

Nice To Have

Knowledge of app marketing or paid social

Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms
