Job Description

You drive the localization of marketing campaigns and tailored content to successfully capture the Polish market alongside the Country Manager

Close collaboration with cross-functional teams like Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure seamless operations

Translating and localizing high-impact sales campaigns, engaging newsletters, and fashion content from English into Polish

Monitoring Polish market trends, key competitors, influencer partnerships, and service developments to keep us ahead of the curve

Carrying out continuous quality assurance on our website to deliver a flawless, high-converting shopping experience

Managing daily operations while keeping a sharp eye on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Conducting deep-dive market analyses to uncover exciting new growth opportunities in Poland

Qualifications

Native-level Polish language skills, both written and spoken, with a strong feeling for local nuances

Fluency in English for daily communication in an international team (German is a plus)

Initial hands-on experience in business development, project management, customer service, or logistics

Proficiency in MS Office, especially solid Excel skills

Strong communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset
