Contributes to traffic/transportation operational and safety studies (curb cut reviews, site development and site access reviews, street direction conversion projects) within the Traffic Engineering & Planning unit. Requires a civil engineering degree (bachelor’s with one year experience or master’s) and knowledge of Synchro and HCS for traffic analysis; familiarity with CEQR methods; prepares written reports and graphics, presents findings, and collaborates with other agencies; may conduct occasional field work.
