Team/Role Overview

The Loan Operations Team provide operational support for multiple Clients and business sectors across the UK/E/MEA region providing Loan Administration services for both syndicated and bilateral deals originated and captured within the region.

The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan.

What you'll do

Process, maintain and administrate financial operations in global environment

Prepare reports and statistics for our partners

Contribute in syndicated and bilateral loaning process

Identify and report on vulnerabilities and risks in the process

Clarify and resolve discrepancies between the data

Involves in providing day-to-day loan transactional processing which may include booking cash transactions and making payments, performing loan reconciliations, input of general ledger entries and (complex) calculations

Possible interaction with other counterparties around positions and outstanding balances/claims

Supports an expansive and/or diverse array of products (risk and control)/services

What we'll need from you

0-2 years of relevant professional experience

Understanding of Syndicated Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services

Very good command of English

Strong analytical skills and good attention to details

Working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel (experience with macros and VBA will be a huge advantage)

Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues

Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes

Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to Policies

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
