As a Logistics Planning / Supply Chain Co-op Student, you will support day-to-day supply chain and planning activities while contributing to projects that help improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities may include:
Assisting with inventory tracking and monitoring of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Supporting production planning activities to help ensure customer demand is met efficiently
Analyzing inventory levels and identifying potential supply shortages or excess inventory
Assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments
Collaborating with production, warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to support operational requirements
Preparing reports and analyzing supply chain data using spreadsheets and reporting tools
Assisting with cycle counts, inventory audits, and material reconciliation activities
Participating in supply chain meetings and contributing insights based on data analysis
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related program, and have completed at least 2 years
Eligible to participate in a co-op or work-integrated learning placement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Interest in manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
