Actuarial Long-term intern responsibilities include development of rate level indications for all lines of business; selection of pricing levels by state and line; development of profitability strategies; filing support for rate changes; development of profitability scorecards; annual loss ratio planning; and special projects. Must be a recent graduate or graduating in the next 12 months. Required: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar with quantitative analysis; GPA 3.2 or higher; 1+ actuarial exams completed; strong analytical abilities; solid written and oral communication skills; strong Excel skills and knowledge of programming/databases such as SQL, Visual Basic, and Macros.
